How do I access courses after signing up? ▾
After signing up, log in to your account at the top right of any page. You'll be taken to your member dashboard where you can access all courses included in your plan. Free accounts get access to beginner content; Pro plans unlock all 180+ lessons.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card information on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? ▾
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period you'll retain full access until then. No cancellation fees.
How do the live signals work? ▾
Live signals are generated by our algorithmic system and reviewed by our analyst team before being published. Each signal includes entry price, stop loss, take profit targets, and a brief rationale. Signals are educational and not financial advice.
Do you offer a free trial? ▾
Yes you can sign up for free and access our beginner courses, the live market dashboard, and a limited number of signals without a paid plan. Upgrade at any time to unlock everything.
Is EntraFX a regulated financial advisor? ▾
No. EntraFX is an educational platform only. We are not a regulated broker, financial advisor, asset manager, or investment firm. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice. Please consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
How do I connect the bot to my MT5 account? ▾
Full setup instructions are available in our documentation. In summary: install Python, install MetaTrader 5, install the required packages from requirements.txt, and run the setup script. The bot connects to MT5 locally on your machine your account credentials never leave your computer.
Do the indicators work on TradingView? ▾
Yes. All indicators in our library are written in Pine Script and designed for TradingView. Some are also available for MetaTrader 4/5 and NinjaTrader. Each indicator page specifies which platforms it supports.
